Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Livramat collects, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@livramat.ro.
Who we are
Livramat is operated by Livramat S.R.L. (operator data controller), based in Timișoara, Romania. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Livramat S.R.L.
What data we collect
When you complete the early-access assessment we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional) and city you submit, your survey answers, the marketing source that brought you to the site (UTM parameters), the referrer URL, your user agent string and the timestamp of submission. We do not collect ID numbers, payment details or location data on this site.
Why we collect it
We use the data (a) to contact you with launch updates and early-access invitations on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), (b) to operate and secure the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and (c) to measure which channels work so we can improve the product.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access lead data until you ask us to delete it or for up to 24 months after the last interaction, whichever is shorter. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with processors that help us run the service: our email provider (Brevo / Sendinblue, France), our hosting provider, and our database provider. They process data on our instructions under signed data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@livramat.ro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
