About the service
Livramat is preparing a 30-minute construction-material delivery service in Timișoara, Romania. The current website is informational and lets you join the early-access list. No purchases happen on this site yet.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to submit your details on the assessment form. Information must be your own and accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to break it, send automated traffic, or submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove submissions and block access if these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
The Livramat name, logo, design and content are owned by Livramat S.R.L. and protected by Romanian and EU law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without written permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" while we build the product. We make no warranty about uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Information about future delivery times, areas and pricing is indicative and may change before launch.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livramat S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Timișoara, Romania.
