Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Livramat service — the mobile app and the livramat.ro website — operated by LIVRAMAT S.R.L.. By using the site or placing an order through the app you agree to these terms.

The Livramat service is operated by LIVRAMAT S.R.L., CUI 53109751, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025097364002, with its registered office at Str. Veche nr. 51, Covaci, jud. Timiș, 307377, România. Contact: contact@livramat.ro, phone +40 733 718 211.
About the service
Livramat delivers construction materials in Timișoara and its surroundings (up to about 30 km). Orders are placed through the Livramat mobile app, which shows the product catalog, prices and availability. This website is the informational and legal hub of the service.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. You can pay online by card — processed securely by our payment processor PayU; LIVRAMAT S.R.L. never receives or stores your card details — or cash on delivery (ramburs), at no extra charge. A fiscal receipt or invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery
We deliver in Timișoara and its surroundings, up to about 30 km. Orders are typically delivered in about 60 minutes from confirmation, and no later than the same working day. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order; the rates are detailed in the table below.

Right of withdrawal (14-day returns)
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights (art. 27), consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@livramat.ro or by phone at +40 733 718 211. We refund all payments received, using the same payment method, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer. Exceptions under art. 16 apply — for example materials cut, mixed or customized to your specification cannot be returned.
Complaints handling
Send any complaint to contact@livramat.ro or call +40 733 718 211. We acknowledge and answer every complaint within at most 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism (SAL, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro).
Personal data protection
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at livramat.ro/legal/privacy. The data controller is LIVRAMAT S.R.L.; for any data-protection matter write to privacy@livramat.ro.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to submit your details on the assessment form and at least 18 to place orders. Information must be your own and accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to break it, send automated traffic, or submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove submissions and block access if these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
The Livramat name, logo, design and content are owned by LIVRAMAT S.R.L. and protected by Romanian and EU law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVRAMAT S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under Romanian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights.
